Sunken Concrete Steps

Concrete stoops and steps sink when fill beneath them erodes or the steps separate from the foundation wall. The resulting gap collects water, accelerates freeze-thaw damage to the masonry, and creates a trip hazard at the entry. Polyurethane foam fills voids beneath the steps and lifts them back to proper height and alignment with the landing.
