Sunken Concrete Around HVAC Equipment Pads

HVAC condenser pads and generator bases are set on concrete slabs that settle as the surrounding soil compacts over years of equipment vibration and seasonal moisture changes. When the pad settles, the unit tilts, affecting refrigerant distribution, compressor oil levels, and condensate drainage. Correcting this with traditional methods risks disturbing refrigerant lines and electrical connections. Polyurethane foam lifting raises the settled concrete from below through small injection ports, bringing the pad back to level without moving or disconnecting the equipment mounted on it.
