Settled Garage Apron or Approach

The concrete apron at the garage entrance connects the driveway to the garage floor slab and experiences constant vehicle loading combined with water infiltration along the foundation edge. Settlement of the apron section creates a bump or dip at the transition that vehicles scrape over on every pass and that channels runoff toward the garage interior. Polyurethane foam lifting raises the settled apron slab back to level with the garage floor, restoring a smooth, water-shedding transition without replacing either slab.
