Can interior slab leveling prevent water from entering through the floor?

Leveling and void filling close pathways beneath the slab that allow water to migrate and pool. Filling voids eliminates the hollow space where water accumulates before pushing through floor cracks. However, hydrostatic pressure from a high water table requires a drainage system and sump pump and leveling alone does not address active water infiltration driven by water table pressure.
