Will garage floor leveling fix oil stains or surface damage?

Leveling addresses structural settlement and lifts and stabilizes the slab but does not affect surface appearance. Oil stains, spalling, and surface wear are cosmetic issues addressed separately through concrete cleaning, patching, or coating applications. Floor coating should be applied after leveling is complete and the surface is stable.
