How many holes are drilled in my driveway during polyurethane injection?

Polyurethane foam injection uses drill holes approximately 5/8 inch in diameter, spaced 3 to 4 feet apart across the settled slab area. Holes are patched with cement mortar after injection and are barely visible once cured. Mudjacking requires larger holes of 1.5 to 2 inches that are more visible after patching.
