Should I patch concrete cracks before or after leveling?

Patching should always be done after leveling. If a settled slab is patched first and then lifted the patch will be subject to the same forces that caused the original cracking and may debond or re-crack. Once the slab is leveled and stable patching the remaining surface cracks completes the repair and seals the surface against further water infiltration.
