A standard single-wall carbon fiber installation on an 8-foot basement wall with 6 to 8 straps takes one working day, including surface grinding, epoxy application, strap placement, and anchor set. Full-perimeter installations on larger homes run two to three days.
Cure time for the structural epoxy is an additional 24 to 72 hours before the wall can be backfilled, finished, or furred out. We do not rush cure in cold NJ basements because bond strength depends on temperature.
