Is carbon fiber stronger than steel for wall repair?

Yes. Carbon fiber has a tensile strength approximately ten times greater than steel. When properly bonded to basement walls with structural epoxy, carbon fiber straps create a permanent reinforcement that prevents further wall movement. Our installations use engineering-grade carbon fiber and industrial adhesives designed specifically for foundation wall applications.
